(Groß)Kurzwaren-Shopping in Paris: Pappo Paulin
Satinbänder, edle oder flippige Borten, Spitzen, Perlen, Anhänger, Straß, Gürtelschnallen, Taschenhenkel,... was kreative Frau eben so braucht.

As Marion is traveling, I'll take it up to answer for her.
Yes, she is talking about wholesalers in the Sentier but this particular shop she's talking about sells haberdashery: ribbons, lace, perls, buckles, handles for bags etc.
We still have to find fabric wholesalers who do sell en detail. Stay tuned.

Thank you so much for replying!! I'll have to pay the shop a visit even if they don't sell fabric.
I haven't found a wholesaler who agreed to sell retail - but I'm rather shy and I think you have to be bold and ask them barefacedly. Most of them are rather bourrus! :)
Thanks again!
I'm really sorry I didn't have the time to do this entry in English, too. But I absolutely wanted to write it before I went to India, elseway I would have forgotten... I'm happy you figured out yourself... :o)
Fabric wholesalers I havent really tried. I usualle don't need big quantities and since I know (from my friend Silvia) a bit how wholesale works I do not not feel the need of bothering the poor wholesalers for nothing.

Hi Marion! My German is terribly old and rusty, but I'm guessing you're talking about the fabric wholesalers in the Sentier? Did you manage to find one that accepted to sell retail? I'd be interested for sure! :) Salut !
